All my favourite things have come together to create this woven wall hanging: mustard yarn, tassels and pom poms!
And in my continued efforts to be a conscious crafter it is made entirely from thrifted yarn.
I love how something beautiful can be made form somebody else's scraps and I love the challenge of creating something from nothing and let the materials guide me to the finished product.
The piece is so tactile you just want to run your hands over it, a texture that is hard to capture in photos.
It measures 58cm (23") high by 37cm (14.5cm) wide and hangs from a wooden knitting needle.
A one of a kind statement piece that would look great hanging in any part of your home.
